Progetto di restauro e completamento del castello situato nella Bohemia Centrale, originariamente edificato nel 1409 e ricostruito nel 1679. Un nuovo volume da centralità allo scalone barocco esistente e si connette con una scalinata rettilinea vetrata, che raccorda il pianoro con la parte bassa esposta a mezzogiorno. Una muratura scandita da ampie aperture a ridosso del corpo nuovo racchiude una serra, mentre a ridosso del mastio diventa una terrazza che unisce il nuovo all’esistente.
Restoration and enlargement of the town castle, sitting in the ancient borough of Lobkovice – central Bohemia – originally built in 1409 and rebuilt in 1679. A new volume stresses the central role held by the still existing baroque staircase and leads to a straight flight of glass steps, linking the lower part of the complex, facing south, to the plain terrain outside. A long wall scanned by large openings runs around the new part, enclosing a greenhouse and extending toward the fortified tower, where it turns into a terrace joining the new with the older part.
