A thorough overhauling of the space both in terms of functions and rooms arrangement. The old flooring is recovered and restored, along with many elements of the interior décor. Rooms are arranged in array like fashion, although clearly partitioned with walls painted in selected, unique colours and built for best acoustic isolation.
